Our flip flops feature colorful, detailed and eye-catching designs and a recyclable rubber sole. They’re fashionable, comfortable and good for the environment! At Samba Sol, we believe that fashion should be sustainable and stylish. We only get one planet; we believe in protecting it in style and we hope you do too! Every little bit helps when it comes to protecting our planet. At Samba Sol, we are against waste; we save all excess rubber produced in the flip flop production process to be melted down and used to make more flip-flops. We all have a love for dancing on beautiful beaches on the most beautiful of days, which is how "Samba Sol" was created. Our mission as a global company is to be admired for our patriotism, partnerships, and making the world a better place to be. #heartonsole Our love of exotic places demands participation in the fight to save them, therefore, sustainability is our main pillar! Samba Sol flip flops are made with 100% recycled, biodegradable Brazilian rubber. This material, called Bio Rubber, is biodegradable within roughly five years– as opposed to the 700 years that synthetic rubber products take. We attack the environmental issue from start to finish, by crafting our sandals out of recycled waste, and ensuring that, when discarded, they return to the earth from which they came. This year, our Brazilian factories will recycle over 660,000 pounds of rubber!
