IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?

You can be assured that shopping with Mode Society is safe! We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once you've placed your order, you will be emailed an order confirmation message that will contain your order number. This email can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox, so hold tight! Once our team has processed your order, you will receive a second dispatch email, to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?

Sorry to hear you haven’t received a part of your order! As you are missing part of your order, please check your dispatch email. If your order is going to be sent in multiple parts then your dispatch email will only include some of the items you ordered, you will then get another dispatch email. You will also receive multiple tracking numbers. If you are missing items from your order and your dispatch email and invoice show all items on your order, then please get in touch with our customer services team. Make sure to let them know your order number and which item(s) are missing.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?

We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us an email with the following information: your name, company name, order number, product name & code (this can be found on your order confirmation email), and a picture of the fault / incorrect item. We will then provide further feedback once we receive the information.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders cannot be canceled once an official PO is received or payment is completed. No refunds or exchanges on ordered goods.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Upon receiving your purchase order (PO) or completing checkout and making payment, Mode Society will send you an order confirmation. After this point, no changes can be made to the order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Orders cannot be canceled once an official PO is received or payment is completed. No refunds or exchanges on ordered goods. For items damaged due to manufacturing faults, a credit note will be provided after a QA check. All Returns and Refunds will be governed by the Wholesale agreement stated on the "Terms Of Sale" Page.
